I cannot b...Ohhhh I am so sorry that it is so hard. I cannot begin to imagine managing your job in addition to complex care for your husband. I think we do complex care (including transplant and multiple chronic diagnoses) very poorly. Patients suffer, but so do families because so much of the care is at home. Our system is broken.
