I was invited to a special needs/inclusion preschool conference and one of the presenters arrived to speak dressed in full army fatigues. She made quite an impression! She spoke about the writing of a 3rd century Chinese military theorist, Sun Tzu. He was a fascinating guy too, in terms of 'fighting' for our loved ones who are vulnerable. Who would have thought that military theories could be helpful for us peaceniks?!
