Odd then, that businesses and market economies don't recognize that and build it in. Often, corporate social responsibility is seen as a burdensome add-on. BTW, I fixed the Globe link. Perhaps it's the community recognition aspect, where people see me as helping, caring, & therefore somehow more trustworthy; or maybe it's karma & quanta, the ripples one creates in the pond of life.
